Cancellation Policy
Your appointment time is reserved just for you. Late cancellations and no-shows leave gaps in my schedule that cannot be filled, and this impacts my business. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your appointment will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total. No-shows will also be charged 50% of the scheduled service total. If you need to reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any fees. I understand that emergencies happen, and I will do my best to accommodate when possible.
